Cancellation conditions

 CANCELLATION POLICY

In the spirit of FAIRNESS and TRUST, a full refund of the deposit (less any bank charges incurred in the booking and cancellation) applies if cancellation occurs more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival date, the accommodation is due in full.

A refund claim is to be notified to FINCA EL OTERO CB by emailing info@fincaelotero.net together with proof of identification and bank details to where the refund is to be made.
