RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation and the balance is payable on the day of arrival. A full refund applies if a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days of arrival date. The full cost of the reservation is payable in respect of reservations cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date.
Check-in is available from 15:30 to 20:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change an accommodation reserved on the website for a different room.
In the event of an extreme situation where we have no choice but to cancel a reservation, this will be done in consultation with the Guest in order to:
- Seek alterative travel dates or
- Provide reimbursement of any deposit paid.
